COSTA RICA REAL TOUR

Hi my name is Gloria Solórzano.

Today I would  like to talk about our Costa Rican Paradise Tour . We have over 8 properties to choose from.  We will help you find the area of your choice.

Let me know if you want to take a trip to Costa Rica...
  •  Land ownership in Costa Rica
  •  Affordable health care
  •  and how to Lieve " Pura Vida" with us by your side.

Costa Rica is one of the most biodiverse Central American country with coastlines on both sides of the map, on the Caribbean and Pacific. Though its capital, San Jose, is home to cultural institutions like the Pre-Columbian Gold Museum, Costa Rica is known for its beaches, volcanoes, and multi climate areas. About a quarter of its area is made up of protected jungle, teeming with wildlife including spider monkeys and quetzal birds.

I own property in Costa Rica, and spend time in this beautiful country especially in the winter season in Minnesota. I would like to share ideas of places to visit, own or rent.  If you are considering retiring or buying, but first you would like to come for one or two weeks to Costa Rica, please give me a call.

I can help you make the needed arrangements. Let me know if you or a group would like to visit first and have a chance to explore the different microclimates areas. I can plan a simple itinerary for you. Something like this: Arrival Day: The first day you arrive in San Jose Airport, a private English speaker transportation agency will be waiting for you with your name. The car will be equipped with air conditioning purified water and snacks. Tour the city at night or in just two hours be on your way.

In two hours’ drive you will be in one of Costa Rica most amazing areas of the country from a Volcano Community like La Fortuna to a Rain Forest town like San Miguel de Sarapiqui

La Fortuna is located in the Northern Highlands of Costa Rica, about 2.5 hours from San Jose’s international airport and 3.5 hours from Liberia’s international airport. The town is centered on a beautiful park with colorful gardens and a large church. The main star, Arenal Volcano, provides the backdrop and can be seen from almost every vantage point. On the streets surrounding the central park are many restaurants, hotels, tour operators, and shops, with more lodging on the road leading to the volcano and Lake Arenal.

The area offers plenty of sites and activities and if you like the area we can show you available properties.  This winter think about becoming a snowbird in Costa Rica, make a change of scenery and experience the biodiversity, culture and microclimates Costa Rica has to offer you.
